Tuition

Tuition is paid in nine equal monthly payments, due on the first of each month. Monthly tuition is due one month in advance, the first payment is due at the time of registration. The remaining eight payments are due on the first of each month, September through April. If a payment is received after the 10th of the month in which it is due, there will be a $25 late charge added to the tuition. There is a $15 charge for returned checks. The tuition is set for a preschool year and divided into nine monthly payments for your convenience. Therefore, no refunds will be made for partial attendance or absences and no refunds due to inclement weather. Any attendance during a month constitutes a full month’s tuition. This policy allows us to reserve a space for your child through the year and pay our staff and other expenses. If there is no tuition payment made for two months and the family as not informed the director of any hardships, the children will be dismissed from the program. If the tuition is delinquent by the end of May, the child cannot be registered for the following fall. The first month’s tuition is non-refundable, unless we receive thirty days notice that your family is moving out of state.

Tuition can be paid online or via check.  Checks should be made out to St. Stephen Preschool and dropped into the payment box outside the preschool office or mailed to us. Any questions concerning your tuition payments should be addressed to the preschool director.

Registration

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year will occur on January 22 for current families and January 29th for NEW families.  Please call or email if you are interested in scheduling a tour to learn more about our program!

Registration Fee

The registration fee is a non-refundable fee that holds a place in the program for your child and helps to buy supplies. Your child will not be registered until we receive the registration fee. Acceptance of this fee assures your child a place in the program. The registration fee is $100 per child.

Activity Fee

The activity fee is a non-refundable fee due at registration. This fee helps to cover the programs and activities that are brought into the preschool, such as the Petting Zoo, My Gym and Tarradiddle Players.

Toddlers and Twos: $70 per child

Transitional Class: $100 per child
